Tenant(s) are responsible for gas, water and electric. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid. Pets allowed, two maximum, and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet and an additional $30 monthly pet rent. No dogs permitted of an aggressive breed per home owners insurances.
