This cozy casa includes a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. The Casa has a full and very well equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a full bathroom, gas kiva fireplace in living room, wifi, smart tv in living room and bedroom, washer & dryer, outdoor patio with gas grill, and hot tub. Pets are welcome upon approval. The casa is conveniently located just a stroll away from galleries, shopping, dining, local brewery and tap room, local distillery, coffee shops, Kit Carson Park, and museums. Tenant will have full access to the property with a keyless entry. I am not on site but always available to answer questions via text, email, or phone call. Other things to note The casa has an adjoining casita that is currently occupied. The casita is behind a gate and fenced in area so there is privacy. The hot tub is for all the tenants use. Hot tub maintanence is included in the rent as are all utilities and wifi. Pets are welcome upon approval, however there is not a fenced yard for pets. No lease, month to month. All utilities, hot tub maintenance, cable, and wifi included. $200 non-refundable pet deposit. No smoking in property or within 6 ft. of property, shared hot tub with other tenants who occupy the casita.
