A bit messy but I'm living in it and cleaning it up as I go. Great neighborhood 20 minutes from Walmart 45 minutes halfway between Indianapolis and Ft Wayne with close interstate access to I69 or Wheeling Pike if you want to swing into Muncie. No traffic but no gas stations within 5 minutes either. This large 5 bedroom home is too much for me and my little dog to keep up with it's time to down size. I'll miss this 2 car garage and huge kitchen that I've spent hours in and the eat in dining room is centered in the house and the only room with no windows, so there isn't any distractions for your family meal. I raised my 4 children here and they enjoyed growing up in the safe small town, it's time for me to move out and let someone else enjoy the home. Doggy doors already installed. Has a nice side yard for the kids to play in and a fenced backyard for the dog or dogs to come and go as they wish. It has issues and charm, but for the right family this can be a dream come true. If the yard isn't big enough there is a larger one at the Lion's club across the street with swings and such and a larger park with basketball goals and other equipment with in walking distance.
