This house is AMAZING. It has a lot of room for a big family. The extra room in the back is HUGE and can be used as a play room, game room, another bedroom or anything you want to make it! The yard is also HUGE. There is a ton of room to run around, have a trampoline, a pool, etc. There is also a large shed for storage. The best part of living here is the neighborhood. There is a neighborhood page and everyone is very kind and helpful. If you ever need anything, the neighbors are there to help in any way they can. Please do not disturb current tenant. All visitors must be accompanied. Any interested parties will receive more detailed lease terms via email or once I meet with them in person. All utilities and trash are covered by the tenant. There is to be no vehicles or campers/trailers of any kind parked on the grass. No smoking on the property. Pets upon approval with a deposit. Tenant is responsible for upkeep outside and for letting the owner know about any issues in a timely manner. Any type of repairs(will be better detailed in actual lease) are the tenants responsibility up to $100 Etc.
