1995 Schultz model trailer!! I love this house and I'm sad to have to sell. The location and storage are great!! All appliances can stay. Swamp cooler, shed, 2 decks, and swing set will stay as well. The master suite is HUGE and I have never seen anything like it. I love having my own little oasis in the back. It has room for my quilting stuff, I run a business from home and I do that in the suite, and the walk in closet fits all my clothes plus some!! I have my boys share a room and then use the 3rd room as a play room.
