It is a big apartment complex with 3 pools, 2 weight rooms, a tennis court, indoor and outdoor basketball court, playground for kiddos, and a tennis court all on site. There is also a walking trail surrounding the lake and plenty of parking. We have a garage and private driveway so you never have to worry about finding a parking spot although they are ample. The apartment is spacious and the rooms both have king sized beds and there is still plenty of room to spare and we have a screened in patio perfect for grilling out and there is a dog park. 15 minute drive to the beach, 15 minute drive to Las Olas Blvd and all the nightlife you could want, and a quick 20 minute drive to Miami. Everything you could ever need is within 10 minutes. Perfect for a college student graduating in the Fall. Happy to show you the apartment when requested!
