We just moved out this great apartment in President Madison Heights in late July. The lease is from 16th May 2017 to 15 May 2018 so if you are looking for a shorter lease, don't look away, this is your chance. We love this place for its base rent $785 + $25 utility fee including water, garbage, heating and stove gas. Electricity is usually no more than $30 a month because it is a first floor unit. Its location is convenience to everywhere (walking distance to Target, Sam's Club, 168 asian market, and 15 mins drive to Somerset Collection). The apartment is quiet and safe, a beautiful cherry tree which bloomed every spring stands in front of our window that provides better privacy than other apartments do in the community. This apartment has been taken good care of by us. It is just as neat as we first moved in two years ago.
