This is a basement for rent which is a complete separate unit from the main house. It has its own entry way along a concrete walkway around the garage leading to the back. It was fully remodeled in 2022 and all utilities and yard care are included in the rent. It features newer appliances including a washer and dryer, spacious living room and sizable bedroom. I will pay for all utilities ( gas, electric, internet, and water) and I take care of the grass and snow removal. 12 month lease is what I typically ask for and then its month to month after the term is over. I am a 29 year old single male who works a lot and doesn't make much noise. The basement is a seperate unit so we will never cross paths if you're concerned about privacy.
