3 bedroom 2 bath home. It has a great wood burning fireplace in the living room. Hot water heater, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer are 2 years old and they all stay. The 12 x 30 awning was just installed in October 2016. The front deck and skirting are only 1 year old. Living room and master bath is newly painted.
