Open living room/kitchen area on the bottom floor is shared. The building is located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to Trader Joe's and public transit. Free and safe parking available on Hibbert Street. No smoking is allowed. A 25-pound dog would visit and stay from time to time.
