It has ample natural light, brand new floors and fresh paint. Access to two full bathrooms- one on each floor of the house, spacious living room and kitchen with sliding doors that go out to a large cedar deck overlooking the gardens and pond and 25 acres of wooded trails, which are available to residents to enjoy and participate. The house and property are both alcohol and tobacco/nicotine vape free. We embrace herbal medicine across the spectrum. We are open to a 6 mo or 12 mo lease. Pets are allowed as long as they get along with other animals and people. There is no smoking of tobacco products on the grounds or in the house. We are developing a small community so we are seeking community minded individuals.
