Built in 1988 on an existing mobile home frame. Dad used 2x4s instead of 2x2s, 3/4" board flooring. He used home building materials but put it on an existing frame instead of a concrete foundation, that's why it is listed as 1972 - the year of the mobile home frame. He built it as home to retire in so he made it for himself and my mom - sturdy.
