The bedroom will be available on June 5th, 2019. The apartment is located in a great area, 10 minutes walking from the commuter rail, walking distance to Canton Public Library, Bank of America, Shaw's, Walgreen's, and local restaurants in the town of Canton (i.e., Canton Center). There is parking for residents. Electricity, cable and internet will be split between you and the roommate. You will be sharing the apartment with a young male professional. The roommate will move out on September 1st. This is a three month contract with the option to renew the lease in September for one year. About you: I'm looking for a responsible, respectful, clean and nice person. Apartment complex pays for heat and hot water. Tenant pays for Cable, Internet, and Electricity.
