    What's special

Green belt oligarchy creekFruit treesPlenty of parkingCold basementBlocks to the westDouble insulationLarge den

This great 4-bedroom Bi-Level home has a large, fenced back yard and a Dog is ok. There is a large Den with a Bar downstairs that can be used as a home office, playroom, entertaining area, and such. It is garden level which means it is not a cold basement, but like the upstairs living without the temper fluctuations as in normal houses. The heating cost is low because of double insulation in the exterior walls with siding. The back yard has a large 2nd Story Deck, opening into the fenced back yard. The Backyard is large with 3/4th of it Grass the balance in a large fertile garden area. The back yard has fruit trees, Apple, Plumb, Apricot, and peach trees. The back yard fence gate can be opened to access the green belt Oligarchy Creek that connects to each street in the area. A washer/Dryer, and water heater Utility room is all downstairs with easy access. The front yard is green and easy maintenance with grass and shrubbery. The front yard as well as the back is all watered by an automatic sprinkler system. There is a 1 car attached garage. All the exterior wood has been freshly painted. The house is located on a quiet Cultisack where everybody knows their neighbors and is friendly. Kids play in the cultisack, and anyone diving in the cultisack is carefully watched by all neighbors. Schools are close by as well as parks and a Jim Club, with the crossroads Mountain View and Lashley for example. Main street is 6 blocks to the west for easy access and bus transportation is close if needed. The upstairs Bathroom Bath/shower have been remodemed and the downstair bathroom showers as well. One downstair bedroom has been beautifully built with Cedar wood work all around. Feel free to drive by and view the house WITHOUT contacting the current tenant. We strive to protect our current and following tenants' privacy, so be respectful and call me The house will be available November 1, 2022. The rent is $2700 discounted down to only $1995 with good references. A free application can be filled out please provide you good references and your previous landlords if you are currently renting. The deposit is $1000, and the November rent is $1995. This is a No Smoking House. There is plenty of parking with the garage, 2 cars possible in the drive way. Also Cultisack parking is available. Ideally we want the lease to go until May 2023, then go month to month after that. I live about 15 blocks away if you need anything plus pnone and email. Usually you will never see me, as long as the rental payment is delivered to me at 1204 Button Rock drive on the first of each month, and I don't get any complaints from the neighbors. Tennants are responsible for the years maintance, watering, mowing, shrubs, and so forth. I want you to be proud of the home you live in and keet it up to the level you are recieving it as far as inside and outside. This will please you, me, your friends and neighbors of course. Of course no illegalal activities are sancioned in this house or on the property. If they are, they can be a reason for immeadiate eviction. This neighborhood is great for raising children and drugs are a no tolerance issue.
