Forest Park is a manufactured home community located about 2 miles off of Route 19 in Cranberry Township. We are moments away from the varying dining and shopping experiences that Cranberry has to offer. Despite that, our community has a bit of a rural feel to it as we're situated on 70+ acres of rolling hills. We are about 30 minutes north of Pittsburgh, PA. We take care of the garbage removal and maintain the roads. For the security deposit, we ask for one months rent. Our homes come with the major kitchen appliances but otherwise are not furnished. There are hook ups for washer and dryer. Parking is in a paved driveway. You are responsible for all utilities. We do a criminal and credit background check at a cost of $25/person 18+ on everyone who wishes to move into our community. Leases are for one year and then go month-to-month after that. Pet Policy: cats are to be inside only and dogs up to 50 lbs (no German shepherds, pit bulls, Dobermans and Rottweilers). We are open Monday - Friday 9-5 and Saturdays by appointment 10- 3.
