This unit will have been vacated a minimum of four days before the starting rental date of 6/01/2020. It will undergo a through cleaning before the rental. It has a laundry in the basement, this laundry is shared with the owner of the house. The kitchen has only a small refrigerator and a cooktop stove, no oven. it has two wall AC units. All utilities inc cable and wifi internet are included. Any out of state renters will be required to quarantine in place for 14 day. The rent is $1,750 per month, plus a $1,750 deposit. All rent and deposit must be paid in cash. A maximum of four people are allowed to live in the unit. No pets of any kind are allowed. This is a rare one year rental in the Jamestown Newport area.
