Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house is prohibited and guests found to be smoking will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Please be mindful of the maximum capacity of the house as guests may be fined $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. Unauthorized vehicles will incur an extra charge of $50 per vehicle and parking on the grass may result in a $75 charge if the sprinklers are broken. By booking this property, you agree to use the pool at your own risk and anyone under the age of 18 should not use the pool without adult supervision. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a cost of $75 and guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
