On the third floor resides the large primary suite with TV and balcony, along with an enormous master bath with tub and large, walk-in shower. Another full washer/dryer is found on this level, along with a full bathroom, a sitting room with futon and two other bedrooms. *Winter rental term includes ALL UTILITIES and snow removal (except for shoveling of steps). The first month's rent, security deposit, and renter's insurance required. No pets or smoking/vaping and there will be an exit cleaning fee.
