It has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, a full bath, a washer/dryer, garage access (if needed), and an enclosed patio for entertaining. The apartment is fully furnished except for the available bedroom. The neighbors are lovely! The community has a very nice vibe and is in a highly desirable location. Nice property! This property also includes access to a private neighborhood beach and is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The LIRR station is about 15 minutes away on foot. The landlord is friendly and very accommodating with repairs and any additional needs. A bit about me: I'm 30 years old and work a lot, so I'm rarely home. My job sometimes requires me to stay overnight during the week, so you'd often have the place to yourself. Pets are allowed, so we can figure that out together if you have a dog or other pet. I also want to mention that I'm deaf, but you don't need to know sign language to move in. If you desire to learn, I'd be happy to help or point you in the right direction!
