This home is a great place to relax. There is a large screened in porch with plenty of room to enjoy. The homes AC unit is 5 years old and just serviced. It offers 2 large bedrooms also. Some of the furniture will be there for the new owner. This owner loved living there unfortunately she became I'll and now lives up north with her family. She highly recommended the park. There is a swimming pool and other community gatherings. the lot rent includes all but electricity. Cable, internet, water sewer lawn care and helpful office staff. They have lots of activities for those that choose to enjoy them. Its not much of a drive to Daytona Beach either. Life is good and Living here makes it Better.
