The cottage has a great front room for entertaining and lounging with high ceilings and a wood stove. The bedroom is big with a cool old non-working fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but it has everything you need: washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and small shower. Renter also has their own garage with a door to their house and a fenced in back yard with an electric fence for a dog. Cottage is pet friendly. Owner pays electric, snow removal, garbage collection, septic cleaning and water. Renter pays for cable, the oil bill for heat and the propane bill for hot water, dryer heat and the stove/oven
