It's a short walk to two trolley lines that get you to the UD terminal to transfer to transportation to Center City for school, work or play...or maybe you want to grab the trolley to visit downtown Media for a stroll, a meal or lots of shopping. There was a Use and Occupancy inspection done in the Fall. The result was that new concrete blocks, to the tune of over $4000 had to be done. The sewer lateral line needed to be replaced ($7500). A new service cable needed to be installed. So, I suppose you are already getting the idea that the upgrades, both utilitarian and cosmetic, can definitely make you feel at ease.
