I have lived in this apartment for the last 11 months and since I have enjoyed it, I renewed my contract for next school year. Since then though, I became interested in moving in with a friend when my original lease term ends (July 30th) so that is why I am selling my lease for next year. Granite apartments manages this property, so although I am the contact for any questions you may have or to come visit the apartment, they handle official applications. The application is $55 paid to Granite. Message me with your email if you would like to apply and I will contact Granite with permission for them to send you the application. NOTE: I am offering the main furniture for sale with the apartment since I believe the layout I have arranged is optimal for the space given the location of radiators and other considerations. All utilities together are just a $60 flat monthly fee.
