The condo is east of business 41, away from downtown with all its businesses, traffic and noise, yet close to everything. As a renter, you will be able to participate in all of the many social and athletic amenities of Waterside Village just like an owner. There are card games, Bingo, weekly happy hour, Pickle ball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Bocce, 3 pools, water aerobics, Aerobic and Line dancing, dinners, book club and many, many more activities. The unit has new rugs and the kitchen has brand new appliances and comes fully equipped with all you'll need during your stay. The condo is equipped with cable TV and WIFI internet. The lanai is enclosed by sliding glass doors and faces a protected reserve that is made up of Palm trees and natural vegetation, and the Lanai overlooks a stream. There is outdoor covered parking and a storage room where you can store your bikes, gulf clubs and where there are beach chairs and boogie boards for your use. The BBQ grill is a short walk away next to the closest pool. The unit has beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and noodles. Come share with us the paradise at Venice. Tenant must have a credit score of 750. Deposit will be held until owner performs an inspection of the unit. If not cleaned and towels washed there will be a $100 fee. Owner may inspect unit with 24 hour notice by email, text or phone notification to the renter.
