The home sleeps up to five adults. It is bright, airy house with over 20 skylights that let in the 360 days of New Mexico sunshine. The property sleeps up to 8. One bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent full bathroom. There is a bedroom with queen bed and adjacent full bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, full bath with ample room to set up a crib and opens on to the rear garden. There is a separate guest house/casita that has a queen bed, half bath and kitchen. There is also a separate studio/office for those looking for a dedicated work space. The modern cook's kitchen is fully equipped with seating for up to 8 in the adjacent dining room. Flat screen TVs are in the master bedroom and living room. The driveway accommodates off street parking for 2 vehicles. Minimum Rental period is 6 months. Tenant pays all utilities including: water, refuse, gas, electric, cable tv and internet. House will be provided clean and disinfected.
