Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with large bonus room. I DO NOT HAVE PICS OF LARGE AND SMALL BONUS ROOMS (They are approximately 20'x20' and 12'x14'.) Very large fenced in backyard. Close to I-526 and short drive to downtown and Mt. Pleasant. Great neighborhood! Unable to see property until July 1. Renter responsible for lawn maintenance and and pest control, if desired (owner responsible for termite protection.) No smoking in house. All utilities responsibility of renter. The giant bonus room in back was an addition added before we owned it (I DON'T HAVE PICS OF GIANT BONUS ROOM OR ADDITIONAL SMALL BONUS ROOM.) There is A/C and heat back there, but is not insulated well so it's hotter than the rest of the house in the summer and colder than the rest of the house in the winter. Additional small room (approximately 12ft x 14ft) added on does not have A/C or heat going to it. We used that room for storage. Pictures are from 4 years ago prior to current tenants moving in. I do not have pictures of the giant bonus room.
