The bedroom will come empty so you can move in your own things, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. To make things easy, I'll continue to cover all utilities, internet, etc. so this is all included in the rent amount. The building is a luxury elevator building with a doorman/concierge. There's access to parking (extra fee), pool, gym, game room, etc. Typical luxury building stuff. I also have a cleaner that comes over every other week, which will be included in the rent amount. About Me I'm a working professional. I'm quiet, clean, go to bed early, wake up early. Generally a pretty routine and mellow lifestyle. Must be LGBT+ friendly and like dogs.
