The summer in Tahoe is highly popular and very beautiful, with sunshine and a myriad of outdoor adventures and favorable temperatures from May to September. WINTER Ski Leases are sold out for 2025-2025. We are now booking 2026-27 ski season and advance bookings will receive a special rate for 2 months or more. Inquire directly. Entire house for rent - See photos. Lease terms are provided in full detail after initial outreach and after a tenant or guest application has been accepted. Duration - One (1) month or more. Max four (4) month lease. Terms negotiable. Security Deposit - Due at least 1 month before move in/stay. Smoking - No smoking indoors or in back yard. No marijuana (of any kind) indoors at any time. Smoking and vaping of any type is prohibited and will result in a massive penalty. General - Max 4 vehicles; max 8 occupants, per county regulations. Cleaning fee - Range $100-$275 depending on condition of property at move out. In Nevada, Landlord has 30 days in which to return any refundable items from security deposit and has no legal obligation to itemize costs. The average cleaning fee for prior tenants over the last five years has been $190. Pet Deposit - The pet deposit varies depending on the type of pet, size of pet, and total quantity of pets requested. Any damage, odor, or issue caused by pet(s) will be charged to the Tenant.
