A little about the apartment: IT'S HUGE! and our bedrooms are apart, so there's a lot of privacy. check the layout! It's a luxury building with everything you can imagine! Rooftop pool, Theatre, cafe, entertainment center, modern awesome gym, parking garage, concierge, Harris Teeter, Starbucks, etc. ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM GALLAUDET METRO The roommates moving out, their portion of the rent is 1840$ ( $920 per person) which includes a huge 15.5 ft bedroom, private large bath with a deep tub, and HUGE walk in closet. They are a couple. The common area is shared, which includes a full kitchen, all appliances, and a large living area.
