3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath 2 car garage home just a few blocks off Main St. I bought this house 8 years ago to start fixing up as the kids left our house into this one. All new floor air vents, mini blinds, light fixtures and ceiling fans. New Goodman heating and air conditioner was installed about 4 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Also installed a programmable and touch screen Honeywell thermostat. New garage door opener and springs were installed last year. 3 security cameras on house with 1TB dvr included. Both outdoor faucets have been replaced. New wood privacy gates on each side of the house. New hot water tank a few years ago. Heat/air, hot water tank and stove are all gas.
