At this time our leasing offices are closed due to recommendations provided by the CDC. The unit shown in the pictures, video, and 3d tour is the one that is available. We are able to take any other pictures that you may want to see. We are able to email applications if you are interested in applying. If your application is approved we will set up an appointment for you to see the apartment before signing the lease. Beautiful two bedroom one bath right next to downtown Grayslake. You walk into a large living room dinning room combination when you enter the apartment. After this you have a metal balcony that you can have a grill on! Past this is a smaller kitchen that has a gas stove, but unfortunately no dishwasher. Both bedrooms have plenty of space for a queen bed and full sized closets. The master bedroom has two windows giving you plenty of light. Owner pays for water, trash services, heat, and cooking gas. Tenant pays for electricity and cable/internet. Unfortunately we don't accept section 8 or Lake County Housing vouchers. This is a pet free building.
