The owners and managers are a couple that live on the first floor apartment, and there are 3 other apartments on the second floor. The building was built in 1896 and has a lot of character. It's a beautiful Victorian Italianate style building, and one of the few brown stones in Tacoma. As landlords we try to minimize rent increases, only making them when necessary to cover necessary expenses related to the property. Consistent with Tacoma's tenant bill of rights, we will provide 6 months' notice for any rent increases. Note - Each studio apartment is for ONE occupant. The space is suited for a single renter.
