My wife and I live in a home in North Nashville. I am at the condo for work. I use the upstairs as my art studio. The lease is a minimum of 6 months. Utilities are included in the monthly rent. Rent is considered late on the 5th of each month and a $130 late fee is assessed on the 5th.
