Main bathroom is across the hallway from the second bedroom and living room. The spacious kitchen and dining room can include all that's needed for a fun cooking session while taking in the peace in our home. The apartment has ample storage space, including a hall coat closet and linen closet. The apartment is quiet, well insulated, and with carpet in the sleeping/living areas. Our balcony has lovely peaceful view with its morning sun, and flowers in the gardens below are abundant this time of the year. Full apartment with its own private balcony/patio; building has elevator, garage parking, a shared backyard sitting area, and ground floor laundry room. *Year lease or temporary, month-to-month lease may be arranged. The apartment is nestled on a quiet street right by Lake Merritt, and close to lots going on in Oakland. Location is ideal; peaceful with incredible access . A quick 2 min stroll to lakeside park and Fairyland, or a quick bike or scooter and you are downtown Oakland/at BART. We are flexible with the lease term. We prefer a yearlong lease but can arrange for a temporary term/ month-to-month.
