The bathing facility is shower only (no bathtub). Main Studio ~300', private atrium ~240'. Total ~540' Price includes use of shared washer/dryer. Parking is on street parking. Electricity is supplemented by solar panels. 10 month initial lease. At end of initial lease duration, if living situation is working, the lease will be renewed. We desire a long-term tenant but want both parties to determine if the living situation is working. Lease extension/increase will be compliant with AB1482. Maximum of 2 people (it is a studio apartment). Tenant pays their share of utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, and trash). Electricity is supplemented via solar panels. Criminal background check is part of application process. - No more than 2 previous residences in the previous 5 years (exclusion for military members) - Must have renter's insurance. - Tenant responsible for care of unit. Care of common spaces is shared by all tenants. No subleasing allowed. Rent $1625/month. Deposit $1625. Total due prior to moving in $3250 ($1625 rent + $1625 deposit) This is a non-pet unit. We use PetScreening dot com and abide by AB-468 (emotional Support Animals). We do not accept applications without having viewed the unit. The application is considered complete when it is completely filled out, a PetScreening dot com profile has been completed, and the application fee has been paid. It is H3 Properties policy that all heating/cooling/ducting is professionally cleaned at move out at tenant's expense if an animal has been in the unit.
