This is a sweet apartment located on the street level of my Queen Anne Victorian home. You have keyless access with your own front and back doors, access to the garden, laundry and all amenities. The apartment is cozy and full of charm and magic. There are three apartments in the house. Tenants are quiet and mindful. I am looking for someone to love the space as much as I do and be quiet and respectful. The apartment is really special and has great energy. The space You have your own entrance and access to the back yard. there is a full kitchen (stove, fridge, dish washer) with pots and pans for any of your cooking and baking needs. The bed is a pillow top dreamy queen bed, there is a claw foot tub for a relaxing bubble bath. Plenty of room to set up and get comfortable. The TV is equipped with (ROKU) netflix, amazon prime, HBO. Wifi is strong if you need to work at home and set up meetings. The washer and dryer are located in a separate area in the basement that is used by other tenants. The unit hosts two other apartments with completely separate entrances and exits. A beautiful garden is a shared space, it is one of my favorite places in the spring, summer and fall to work (the wifi reaches the backyard) relax and have tea with a friend. Note: Hudson is a diverse and wonderful community. This apartment is street level and is the 1st floor above ground basement apartment. Owner pays for all bills.
