Utilities: are not included in rent and can run @ $120 in the summer to @$350 in the winter (more if hot tub is turned on or other extenuating circumstances). Heating is infrared COVE heating, very efficient and wonderfully effective, no noise, no fans. Dump (1 mile away) charges $20 dump fee per load under 420 lbs. Shared Areas: Laundry room is shared. Garage is shared. Garden can be enjoyed by all, weeding is always welcomed, and there are spots available it you wish to plant. We appreciate your contributions to the compost pile, and have been reaping the rewards of improving soil. The woods are welcoming to all (Please stay on the trails & respect property lines & neighbor's privacy). Privacy of any other dwellings or workspace areas on the property are to be respected. We are at the end of a 1/3rd mile shared private dirt road. Essential that we all drive under 10mph to preserve road integrity and keep those who maintain it happy. Maintenance of house and landscape require frequent attention by owners and care takers. (Deck to be refinished or replaced in the next 2 years and house to be painted either between tenants or being respectful of tenant schedules and needs). We are allowing the lawn to convert to clover and moss (still gorgeous but may not look as manicured). And of course, appearance changes drastically with the seasons - If you arrive in winter, you'll be in for pleasant surprises in the spring.
