Security Deposit: An app fee of $50 (certified funds payable to Scenic Management, LLC is required at the time of Application 6. Credit: A credit report and criminal report must be processed for each applicant. Any medical, bankruptcy, repossessions and/or credit issues can be explained in an additional letter. 7. Automatic Rejection: Applications will be automatically rejected for the following reasons: Rejection 1. anyone having been evicted by a prior landlord for cause 2. falsification of application 3. outstanding debt to previous landlord 4. federal tax lien 5. failure to pay application fee and/or any security deposits 6. felony convictions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis 8.
