Large carport and big detached garage with on and off street parking (large space that could park an RV). Whether you need a garage to work in, to park in, or use for storage, this one can do it. The backyard is to die for: incredibly private and partly fenced, large with a pond in a park-like setting with many established shrubs and trees, including fruit trees, berry bushes, garden beds and perennials. All this is nestled into the end of a tiny cul-de-sac! You won't believe how quiet it is, even though it is directly off State Street. You might never see your neighbors, as there's only one - way across the street. This great house is zoned commercial, so you could use it as a home or rent it as an office, or both. On the bus route, close to shopping, dining, banking, and parks within walking distance, AND close to the greenbelt and swimming. Don't let this one go by, because it will go fast.
