Ophelie occasionally uses the desk in the shared common space when she works from home. The house is generally very quiet. Noise transmission between rooms isn't a concern the bedrooms don't share walls. My partner (Ophelie) and I (Nicolas) just moved to a Mother in Law unit on the same property. So, while we no longer live in the house we still live on the same property. Ophelie uses the desk in the shared space when she works from home. The house is generally very quiet and peaceful and we are looking to keep it that way. Very flexible lease, One month minimum, month to month thereafter. 30 days notice to move out, I prorate if your last day is not on the 1st of the month. I plan a large remodel of this house within a year or so. I will not be able to have renters during that period and will provide a 90 days notice before I begin with the remodel. It is a daylight basement with full size windows in the room and the nook and a small window in the bathroom. Note that the downstairs tends to be a bit cooler so it is best for people that enjoy a cool space. The bedroom is furnished with all you would need and the nook is currently empty. You can easily set it up as an office or use it as storage. All utilities are included: Electricity, water, trash, gas and internet (1Gb fiber). NO CABLE Shared spaces are furnished. Kitchen is equipped and you will have your own fridge & freezer.
