I listed all applicable monthly and annual LHP Owners Association fees plus the yearly taxes we've paid on the unit. Boat access to West Lake Okoboji is available via the LHP marina and/or private docks. Marina and lake boat slips may be requested by written request to the LHP Marina Director who supervises the marina and lake access slips. LHP property owners who have marina or lake boat slips pay an annual fee to the LHP Owner's Association. Public boat ramp access is available at the Emerson Bay Camp Grounds.
