We are a rental community of 35 single wide manufactured homes on a private dead end drive one mile south of I-90 on the Pullman-Colfax highway (highway 195). We are a bit of country only a six minute drive from downtown. Each beautiful home has full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave as well as ceiling fans in the front room and master bedroom. To enjoy the view there is a deck off the master and a two car garagette (has a remote access garage door, roof, but is open on two sides) that holds two cars end to end. We also have a remote and keypad controlled security gate that closes at 9 in the evening and opens at 6 in the morning. Our pet policy includes cats and dogs except vicious breeds upon approval. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for one pet and $450 for two. A breathtaking creek runs along the west side that provides plenty of wildlife such as turkeys, ducks, geese and birds of all kinds. Deer and an occasional moose are also seen here.
