Parking is plentiful in our neighborhood. We have 2 carport spaces, 4 driveway spaces, and 3 on-street spaces (not owned, but available most of the time). We are near a bus stop as well. We have a gorgeous 200 year old live oak in the backyard, a native plum tree and an established young oak tree in the front yard. The house has lots of storage with a large indoor hall closet and a cabinet pantry in the kitchen. We've kept the house original because it suits us and is charming. Lots of children and great schools. We are in the McCallum high school district.
