I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Wyndchase Aspen Grove. Great apartment within a gated community. My apartment was recently renovated, is quiet, and is close to a lot of restaurants/stores/areas to walk. Currently, other renovated units that are the same as mine are over $1,950 a month, but you would be locked in at the $1,802 price that I signed for. The apartment is roughly 20 Minutes from downtown Nashville and 10 minutes from downtown Franklin. I really enjoy living here, but I need to move closer to home to take care of my family, unfortunately. The sublease would be done through the leasing office, and I will cover any transfer fees. There is a Monthly Trash Valet fee of $25.00 and an Exterminating Fee of $5.00. The lease is available in April and goes to February 18th, 2024. The leasing office is in charge of making sure the renter has proof of income and that they pass the screening before the lease is allocated to the new renter. This is to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
