Our resort style house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath room two story home of 3000 square feet. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood of Garden Lake Estates in Avondale. The backyard is truly our pride because it is lush with big mature trees, flowers, grass, a swimming pool, a modern barbecue grill, a nice gazebo, and generous seating places. We even have a Ping-pong table for you to play. Inside the house, you will find one guest bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms. The living room has a nice set of sofa with a big screen cable TV connected to an Xbox one with many top games and access to Netflix movies. The family room also has a beautiful leather sofa with its own big screen cable TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with top of the line appliances and it has many glassware, dinner sets, and silverware for your cooking needs. We also provide coffee, tea, and sugar. Our house is also very close to many famous destinations such as: Cardinal stadium, Gila River center, Glendale entertainment district, Tanger shopping outlet, restaurants, numerous golf courses, Phoenix international raceway, MLB White Sox and Dodgers Spring training facility at Camelback Ranch and Reds and Indians facility in Goodyear. For Spring Training Baseball enthusiasts: Camelback Ranch (spring training home of LA Dodgers and Chicago White Sox) 3 miles Maryville Baseball park (spring training home of the Milwaukee Brewers) 8 miles Goodyear Ball Park.
