Large living room and kitchen. Lots of storage with a large enclosed backyard with grass and a covered patio. A new washer/dryer is located in the garage, and it includes utilities, gas, garbage, and internet. A pet deposit of $500 is non-refundable if you have a pet. All pets are approved on an individual basis by me. Parking is shared with others in the house and is limited. A security deposit of $500 with the first month of rent is due at lease signing.
