Apartment comes with a balcony, 2 full private bathrooms, wide variety of available parking right outside apartment. The apartment comes fully furnished with beds, dresser and nightstand in each bedroom including a coffee table, end table, couch and single cushioned chair in the living room. The kitchen area includes a kitchen table, dishwasher, fridge, electric stove and oven, and a microwave. All utilities are included in the rent but may have a small fee for electricity if you go over the covered amount by the apartment (has only happened to me a handful of times). Full gym including tanning booths and a full basketball court in rec center building. The property also includes a swimming pool that is open in the spring/summertime. If you have a dog the size of the full property is great for taking your dog for a nice long walk including a couple off road small trails. 2 dog parks on site which are great due to other residents having friendly dogs also makes it a great play time for you and your dog or your dog playing with other dogs. Property also includes a lounge with a pool table and tv and also includes a computer center with a printer if needed. Mail pickup is simple as each apartment has a mail box right by the rec center building. Package pickup can either happen if the package compartments in mail room or picked up at the leasing office. All utilities are included except partial electricity. You have an allotment of electricity that is covered by the apartment complex but if you go over that allotment you pay that amount that you go over (I have only had this happen to me a handful of times since August 2019. When you sign you must agree to a new lease with the complex. You can have a pet in the apartment and is about $15 additional per month for the pet rent and a $300 deposit before bringing in the pet.
