It's the North End - close to everything! This home has nice tile in the living/dining/kitchen and bathroom, with carpet in the bedroom. The kitchen is compact and has a new large fridge, stainless steel sink and oak light fixture. The dining room has a large window. The waterline from the main city connection was replaced in 2021. The water tastes fantastic and the pressure is excellent. There is not AC, but a small window unit keeps it cool on the hottest days. The shade and tile are naturally cool in the summer. A gas wall mounted furnace keeps it warm for the winter. Utilities are inexpensive in these cozy homes. Your driveway is outside your front door. No laundry on site; the laundry mat is 1 mile or 3 minutes away on State Street. You will share the pretty and cool little yard responsibility with your neighbor. The little yard is grassy, has sprinkler system and is 95% fenced. Tenant is responsible for mowing, weeding and trimming when needed. This apartment is clean, "cozy", comfortable, quiet, and close to Downtown, BSU (somewhat), the Greenbelt, Whitewater Park, Veterans and Sunset Parks, Hill Road, and the foothills. It does have separate spaces for living, dining, and bedroom. It is about 8 blocks from the White Water Park on 31st, Veterans Park and the Greenbelt and only two blocks from Sunset Park on 32nd Street (off leash areas). It has one off street parking place. It is North facing so your front yard is shady and cool in the evenings. Tenant pays gas heat and electricity and does take responsibility for the small yard. All yard maintenance tools are provided. Rent is $1150 and Deposit is $1450. The term is 12 month minimum. The unit is still occupied, but she has given me permission to show. You will want to see the inside. The pictures really don't do it justice. Feel free to drive by, walk around and check out the neighborhood/location. Both units are occupied, please do not disturb. Pets are welcome for a $400 /per animal fee. No smoking.
