Looking for two housemates to rent out the extra rooms in this home for long-term stays (6 months +). I'm 23 years old and I consider myself a chill guy. All utilities and essential living items (toilet paper, paper towels, cooking oil, etc.) are included. There are customizable locks in each room. The rooms are not furnished and there is a $200 move-in charge and a $350 security deposit. Animals will be considered $20 per animal. Two cats live here already. Upon moving in, you will be expected to sign a lease contract for your stay. Message for details or to negotiate. There is no security deposit, however, first months rent and a $200 move-in fee will be due upfront. Pets will be considered with no additional pet fee. All utilities are included along with other essential items. There is parking available. Smoking will be permitted outside the house, but not inside.
