The studio is on a quiet, dead-end street lined with mature oak trees. The kitchen is well-stocked and should have everything needed for quick trips and longer stays. The laundry room is located in the walk-through closet adjoining the bathroom. There is a detached three-bedroom home that shares a driveway, but each space has its own fully fenced private backyard. Please note: No Pets, No smoking of any type indoors and within 20 feet of exterior doors and windows, No more than 2 vehicles, You may not receive mail from the USPS, Amazon and FedEX packages are ok. Utilities are an additonal $300/month (internet, electric, water, trash, and lawn). Please keep in mind the agreement to stay does not create a landlord-tenant relationship, you are a guest and are granted a revocable license to occupy the propery for a limited duration. Agreements can be extended "month-to-month" or for a guaranteed period at the rate unless either party gives a 15-day notice to vacate. For move-ins scheduled 30 or more days in advance, 50 percent of the paymet is due upon agreement signing. This initial payment becomes non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 15 days of the scheduled move-in date. The remaining 50 percent of the rent is due no later than two (2) days prior to move-in. For move-ins scheduled fewer than 30 days in advance, the rent is due in full at the time of booking, no later than two (2) days before the move-in date.
